When those pesky callers call – take charge and…
- Decide if you want to take the call or not.
- Refuse to give any details until they have proven they are who they say they are and make that hard to do
- If it’s from a company you do deal with.
- Ask them to tell you whats it is about.
- Tell them you’ll get back to them at a time that suits you by calling on the official company number.
- If its from a company you don’t want to deal with –
